Welding Operation |
We perform integrated production from welding, can-manufacturing, machining to undercoating. Internalization of all these processes allows high cost performance and shorter lead-times. In the Iide Branch, we have established consistent material supply system and constructed new factories. We aim to provide additional benefits of integrated production by expanding both manufacturing and technical systems. |

We thoroughly maintain on-time delivery, based on the recognition that our subcontract factories are our customers’ second factories. In fact, we have received no complaints of delayed delivery. With the serious attitude towards on-time delivery permeating the entire company, we have achieved an unprecedented high synchronization ratio and fulfilled our role as part of production processes of our customers. |

Having established new factories in Nanyo, Yamagata Prefecture in 2008, we are actively promoting further expansion of facilities.Now that thorough practice of on-time delivery has been attained, each employee actively participates in in-house training sessions. Advanced technologies and high quality are being achieved from both the hard aspects such as factories and facilities, and the soft aspects such as enhanced awareness of employees and effective training systems.

Since December 2015, our expert team for producing railway vehicle parts has been working in a Nanyo Branch.
【Campaign Period】
We hold ‘Manufacturing College’, an in-house training program for young employees from February 1, 2020 untill January 31, 2023.
